New Student Information
The steps and links below contain important and detailed information about requirements before you begin the SCBScN Program in September. Click on the Welcome Package link for your site and carefully review the material. Make sure to check back throughout the summer as we will be updating information as it becomes available.

Step 1: Read the New Student Welcome Package:
Read all the sections in the new student welcome package carefully. There are various deadlines and tasks required of you.
Please choose the Welcome Package that applies to you.
2019-2020 Regina New Student Welcome Package
2019-2020 Saskatoon New Student Welcome Package
Please wait for your emailed welcome letter from firstname.lastname@example.org before signing up for a group advising session. This welcome letter will be your indication to sign up for one of the sessions outlined in your New Student Welcome Package.
Step 2: Register in your mandatory group advising session:
Information on how to register for group advising and available dates for your site are listed in your New Student Welcome Package.

Note: Accessing UR Courses is required to complete your Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) training.
Step 3: Complete the Risk Management Checklist from your New Student Welcome Package:
Register in the appropriate training courses and ensure required documents are submitted to the site you are attending. Ensure that these certificates are completed and submitted according to the directions and deadlines outlined your New Student Welcome Package.
Step 4: Check your email regularly for updates:
Once you are accepted into the SCBScN program, please ensure to check your email frequently for news and updates. Once you have attended mandatory group advising we will contact you through your uregina email.
