Applicants who have completed a degree may choose to apply to both the SCBScN program through the regular post secondary category and the After Degree Nursing Program. Applicants who choose to do this must be aware that there is no ability to transfer between programs. The program to which the applicant is admitted must be completed. If the applicant is accepted to the SCBScN program through the post-secondary category, transfer credit will be assessed and credit granted for courses within the regular SCBScN program. Applicants should expect to complete the program within a minimum of three years, depending on the transfer credit assessed and the exit option chosen; limited seats are available for the August and December exits.
If the applicant is accepted to the SCBScN program through BOTH the regular post secondary category and the After Degree Nursing Program (ADNP). Accepting your seat in the ADNP program will automatically cancel your acceptance and your seat in the regular SCBScN Program. If you would like to meet with an academic advisor in the Faculty of Nursing about this decision, call the Faculty of Nursing Student Services office at (306) 337-3300 or 1- 855-830-3300 or book and advising appointment online.
