Application:

The SCBScN After Degree Nursing Program applications are open from October 1 to February 15. Online applications close at 11:59 p.m., Saskatchewan Central Time. In person applications must be submitted by 4:30 p.m., Saskatchewan Central Time on the stated deadline date.

Applications to the After-Degree Nursing program are available at https://urconnected.uregina.ca/apply/nursingapplications.ezc.

Applicants with a completed undergraduate degree may submit two separate applications to both the After-Degree Program and the regular 4-Year SCBScN Program as a post-secondary applicant (see “Apply as post secondary” above). Applicants will only be considered for the degree route they apply for. Applicants who earn admission to both programs, and choose to accept the After-Degree Program seat, will be automatically removed from their 4-year SCBScN Program seat. Students who are accepted to both programs may contact Nursing Student Services at (306) 337-3300, 1-855-830-3300 (toll free), or at nursing@uregina.ca with any questions.

Application Fee:

There is a non-refundable application fee of $100 which must be submitted with your application. If you are paying online, payments may be made by using a credit card. In-person payments are accepted at Enrollment Services at the Administration Humanities Building, Room 108, University of Regina and can be made by cash, debit card, or credit card. Cheques can also be accepted by mail and/or in-person. If you are a current or former University of Regina student, you are not required to pay an application fee.

Documents:

Post secondary transcripts must be mailed directly from each institution the applicant has attended, regardless of program, where any undergraduate courses were completed. All official post secondary transcripts are due by March 1. Applicants who are conditionally accepted due to enrolment in post-secondary courses at or beyond the document deadline, will be required to submit another transcript with their final grades by August 1. Applicants who are conditionally accepted due to enrolment in prerequisite courses at or beyond the document deadline, will be required to submit an official transcript by June 30. If an applicant is demonstrating English language proficiency through an approved exam, the results must be submitted directly from the testing agency by March 1.
